Cotswolds Ride Day 1

90 miles was the plan for the intrepid chaps...Matt, Steve, Glyn, Simon & Terry.

As you can see from the photo the sun was out and everyone in fine form..

The route is below with the usual elevation and speed data, along with usual horrific Heart Rate info...

The hills were front loaded in the route and it was quite a relief to get out of them!

Slight hiccup with Simon's route was the merryment enjoyed when we had to cross a railway line with Look and Listen signs... It was like kids on a school trip out...
We suggested Glyn and Steve stayed a bit longer...!

You will note Matt is not quite as brand loyal as the rest. He did not get warm until 65 miles in!

Everyone seemed to cope well especially after the rehydrating effects of 3 pints of Guinness and half a bottle of Vino to wash down the Chilli.

All good prep for the next days 60m miles
